Emma has always been and always will be a nature girl; it seems. She LOVES plants, animals, insects, reptiles, camping, hiking, etc... She is shy when it comes to unfamiliar places and people, but she can also be outgoing in familiar settings. She has always been slow to warm up in new situations.
She has a beautiful voice and I love to hear her sing. She feels the music and she imitates very well. One of her favorite voices to imitate when singing is Alvin and the Chipmunks:) David is annoyed by it, but to his dismay, she loves it. She will perform The Chipmunk Song for anyone without fear. I think she feels safer imitating than singing on her own.
She loves crafts, art, watching plants grow, creating, drawing, and playing with her friends. She loves to ride her bike FAST and she is learning to roller blade.
She has turned out to be very responsible this last year. I can tell she is growing up. She is a softy and gets very sad when she does something wrong. She LOVES hugs and kisses. If she sees mommy and daddy hugging, she runs to join us; in the middle no less.
